RETURN AND REFUND POLICY - THE RIFFIAN
1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with European legislation, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify any reason.
2. ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS FOR RETURN
Due to the nature of our products (print on demand), only the following items can be returned:
- Defective or damaged products
- Products that do not match the description
- Error on our part in the order
3. NON-ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS FOR RETURN
Personalized or custom-made products according to your specifications cannot be returned, except in case of manufacturing defect.
4. RETURN PROCEDURE
To make a return:
- Contact us at theriffian045@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Attach photos if the product is defective or damaged
- Wait for our confirmation before returning the product
5. PRODUCT CONDITION
The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, with all packaging and labels.
6. RETURN COSTS
- Defective product or our error: Return costs are covered by us
- Change of mind: Return costs are your responsibility
7. REFUND
Once the product is returned and inspected:
- Refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return
- Refund will be made using the same payment method used for purchase
- Initial shipping costs are not refunded (except for defective products)
8. PRODUCTS DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY
If you receive a damaged product:

- Provide photos of the product and packaging
- We will send you a replacement or process a refund
9. EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
